Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed code and deliverables as specified in their project agreement. SekikTech retains the right to display completed work in portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.
SekikTech contributes to and maintains open-source projects under various licenses. Usage of our open-source components is governed by their respective license terms (typically MIT or Apache 2.0).

Projects may require a deposit (typically 25-50%) before work begins. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

We warrant that our Services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. We provide a 30-day warranty on delivered code for defects in workmanship from the date of final delivery.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED, OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEKIKTECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
